Step 01
Pre-Production
Technical assessment
Before production begins, our engineering team reviews your part design — assessing material, surface finish, structure, process and other details from your 2D/3D drawings to identify risks early.
Material verification
On request, we provide material certification for the materials we use, typically covering material grade, heat number, mechanical properties and chemical analysis from the raw-material source.
Step 02
In-Production
In-process inspection
During machining and assembly we monitor key positions and dimensions, making adjustments as needed. Catching issues at an early stage helps protect cost and schedule.
In-process quality control
Following ISO 9001:2015 practices, our quality staff carries out routine in-process inspections throughout production to keep parts within specification.
Step 03
Final-Production
Final inspection report
For applicable orders we can provide a final inspection report on request — covering quantity, critical dimensions, threads and tolerances, thickness and appearance.
Protective packaging
We apply multi-layer protective packaging suited to your product and shipping route, reducing transit risk so parts arrive in the condition they left our facility.
